Sewing Update: Yumiko Shirt
I finished it. And it was too big! I followed the pattern fo my measurements and it came out too big! I was ready to tear my hair out by Sunday afternoon when I confessed the whole tragic ordeal to Omniscient Sewing Mom. She said, "Oh, of course those patterns never fit right! They're always a lot bigger than they say they are." I was all, "Woe is me...I have to take the whole thing apart and start over again." But Omniscient Sewing Mom gave me a few simple instructions which should make it fit better. I'm going to try them out tonight. I'll let you know how things go tomorrow.
